Synopsis:
A homeless urchin receives his name, Sikandar (Amitabh Bachchan), from his foster mother. He gets employment as an attendant of Kaamna (Raakhee), with whom he falls in love, but one day he is cast out by her father Ramanath who accuses him of theft.
