Refund policy *If there is any technical difficulty, please inform as soon as possible for a full refund. For 3-day trial users, monthly subscribed users or for any other subscription, if the user will fail to inform Bwcinema authority within 24 hours to cancel his/her subscription, the fees will not be refunded in full. If it takes more than a day to inform $3.99 will be deducted from the subscription fee for monthly or longer time subscription holders, but there will not be any refund for 3-day trial users. A prorated charge will be deducted if any monthly or 3-month subscriber wants to cancel after 3 days.
