Synopsis:

This movie showcases the Yuddha Kanda in Ramayana. The movie begins with Lord Rama, aka Raghava (Prabhas), getting banished from his kingdom Ayodhya for 14 years at the decree of his father, Dasaratha. It is Bharata’s mother and Dasaradha’s younger wife, Kaikeyi, who demands that Lord Rama be sent to the forest so that her son be crowned. Sita, aka Janaki (Kriti Sanon), and Seshu, aka Lakshmana (Sunny Singh), accompany Lord Rama in exile. One day, the demon king Ravana (Saif Ali Khan) abducts Sita by diverting Rama and Seshu with a magical deer. Later, Rama meets Hanuman (Devdatte Naga), and the rest of the movie is about how Lord Rama won over Ravana and brought back Sita.

Movie Review:

The film is a grand spectacle that brings to life an epic tale with stunning visuals and a compelling storyline. Prabhas delivers a powerful performance, embodying his character with strength and charisma. Saif Ali Khan stands out as the antagonist, bringing a menacing presence that adds depth to the narrative. Kriti Sanon shines in her role, providing a perfect balance of grace and resilience.

The cinematography is breathtaking, showcasing elaborate sets and vibrant colors that immerse the audience in the world depicted. The action sequences are well-choreographed, keeping viewers on the edge of their seats. However, while the special effects are impressive, at times they overshadow the emotional core of the story.

The music complements the film beautifully, enhancing key moments and adding to the overall experience. Although some pacing issues arise in the middle, the climax delivers an exhilarating conclusion that resonates well.

Overall, this movie is a visual treat with strong performances and a captivating narrative, appealing to both fans of epic tales and newcomers alike. It's a must-watch for those who appreciate grand storytelling in cinema.
