Synopsis:
Sahil (Bobby Deol) is a rich spoilt brat who dislikes his stepfather, Gov. Jaisingh Sinha (Raj Babbar) . When he comes to know that his marriage is fixed with Sheetal (Manisha Koirala) , he confesses that he loves his childhood sweetheart Isha (Kajol) and disagrees with the marriage proposal . An altercation between him and his stepfather happens and on the following night Mr. Sinha is murdered . Sahil is arrested on the spot , tried for his father''s murder and sentenced to life imprisonment . He escapes from the jail and must find out the real identity of his stepfather''s killer before a no-nonsense police officer Udham Singh (Om Puri) nabs him .
