Arjun Kapoor is literally screaming at the top of his lungs in a dark lair while a background extra wearing the ugliest neon green zip-up hoodie you have ever seen in your life is just casually sweeping dust off a concrete floor like nothing insane is happening at all. Look, Singham Again is pure chaos. Honestly, it's a massive Bollywood cop universe crossover event and you didn't even ask for this level of loudness in hindi movies, but here we are. Let us back up for a second because before all the shouting, Bajirao Singham is just living his life, dealing with domestic stuff with Avni, played by Kareena Kapoor, who looks stunning as usual while dealing with her husband's constant obsession with fighting crime. Ajay Devgn reprises his iconic role with the same stoic mustache twirls and dramatic roaring lions echoing in the background every single time he steps out of a Mahindra Scorpio. And then boom, trouble starts brewing when a dangerous terrorist named Zubair Hafeez, played by Arjun Kapoor, kidnaps Avni and takes her to Sri Lanka. God, it's just one thing after another with these villains.

Avni gets snatched and Singham needs an army because normal police procedure is basically nonexistent in this corner of bollywood. So he recruits a bunch of random officers to build the ultimate squad for hindi films. Enter Tiger Shroff as ACP Satya, doing backflips off moving trucks and flexing his jawline every three seconds. Then Akshay Kumar drops out of a helicopter as Veer Sooryavanshi because why not, bringing his signature swagger and a bunch of guns. We also get Ranveer Singh returning as Simmba, yelling ridiculous punchlines and dancing for literally no reason right in the middle of a serious tactical briefing about international terrorism. Deepika Padukone shows up as Shakti Shetty, who is basically the female version of Singham, and she's punching guys through wooden tables while screaming dialogues about her self-respect.

And then bang, we hit the interval point. The interval block is literally just a massive slow-motion walk away from an explosion where all five main heroes are wearing sunglasses at night. Honestly, the song placements make zero sense because a romantic track starts playing right after a major character gets shot, and you're just sitting there eating popcorn wondering who edited this thing. Stuff happens so fast after the break. Shakti Shetty gets framed for a crime she didn't commit, and Jackie Shroff shows up as the shadowy mastermind Umar, who is pulling all the strings from behind the scenes. Arjun Kapoor's character keeps monologuing about how the system failed him, and honestly, his acting is weirdly intense for a masala flick.

The climax takes place in Sri Lanka where our entire superhero squad descends upon the bad guys' island fortress in a fleet of armored vehicles that probably cost more than my entire apartment building. Swords are clashing, helicopters are blowing up, and Ajay Devgn is screaming at Arjun Kapoor about justice and family while Shweta Tiwari pops up in a brief supporting role as part of the intelligence network feeding them coordinates. Simmba cracks a stupid joke about South Indian food while dodging bullets, Sooryavanshi does a flying kick off a shipping container, and Shakti Shetty slices through three henchmen with a machete without messing up her eyeliner.

Ajay Devgn finally corners Arjun Kapoor in a burning chapel, delivers one final angry speech about how evil never wins, and kicks him straight through a stained-glass window into the stormy ocean below.
