Synopsis:

Forest officer Prajapati Pandey (Ayushmann Khurrana) finds his peaceful marriage with journalist wife Aparna (Wamiqa Gabbi) upended when he agrees to help an old college friend, Chanchal (Sara Ali Khan). To protect Chanchal from her boyfriend's hostile, casteist father, Prajapati pretends to be her lover.
