service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their
sole discretion.
* Bwcinema grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, limited right to
access and use this Site. You are allowed to access the site contents according
to your subscription status and sharing your acess information with anyone will
violate the terms of use.
* BWcinema will provide you all media contens in streaming format. trying to
download the contents or trying to access the contents by any other means will
be a violation of terms of user agreement. This kind of attempts will be logged
in daily basis and your account will be suspended without any warning. There
won't be any refund if you violate this term of use.
* Bwcinema grants you this license for the limited purpose of personal use, and
not for any commercial purpose. No business entity (e.g., corporation,
partnership, sole proprietorship) is licensed to use this Site. You hereby
agree not to use the Site, the Materials, or any element or portion thereof
(including, without limitation, e-mail addresses of users), for any commercial
purpose whatsoever.
* Bwcinema reserves the right to vary the price for any subscription and the
user will pay the stated price. Unless stated otherwise prices are net and
exclusive of taxes for example VAT. Failure to renew the subscription within
one day after the account is expired will cause the account to be suspended.
Refund policy
*If there is any technical difficulty,
please inform as soon as possible for a full refund. For 3-day trial users,
monthly subscribed users or for any other subscription, if the user will fail
to inform Bwcinema authority with in 24 hours to cancel there account, the fees
will not be refunded in full.. If it takes more than a day to inform $3.99 will
be deducted from the subscription fee for monthly or longer time subscription
holders, but there will not be any refund for 3-day trial users. A prorated
charge will be deducted if any monthly or 3-month subscriber wants to cancel
after 3 days.
